The Manor House
A captivating blend of apartment living set in a tranquil, low-density residential environment. Uniquely designed with four apartments, featuring a mix of two 2-bedroom and two 1-bedroom units, all nestled within an expansive 850m2 residential block.
Built to High Physical Support, Improved Liveability and Fully Accessible standards, our participants enjoy the added luxury of a shared communal garden, providing a distinct advantage over typical SDA apartments found in high-density areas. To further elevate functionality, we’ve incorporated an additional bedroom that adapts to your needs – whether for extra storage, a flexible study space, or welcoming guests. But that’s not all – every Manor House development also boasts a dedicated room for Onsite Overnight Assistance (OOA), offering invaluable support for all residents within this remarkable community.
The Villas
Our one-bedroom villas are built to High Physical Support, Improved Liveability, and Fully Accessible standards, ensuring a nurturing environment for everyone.

Step into our welcoming residential house design – a blend of simplicity and comfort that feels just like home! Built to High Physical Support, Improved Liveability and Fully Accessible standard, this three bedrooms and three bathroom house, it’s a space built for ease and efficiency.
Embrace the freedom of open plan living, where multiple living areas offer independence and options for our participants. And let’s not forget the delights of outdoor living – two covered entertaining decks surrounded by beautiful gardens are perfect for relaxation and enjoying the fresh air. We’ve thought of every detail to enhance quality of life – our clutter-free garage features a dedicated area for overnight charging of wheelchairs and equipment, keeping everything organized and accessible.
And to ensure comprehensive care, our special Onsite Overnight Assistance (OOA) room is there for caregivers to provide support whenever needed.

Our dedicated Canopy SDA Development team begins the search for the perfect land that matches our high development criteria and design standards, tailored to your funding level.

Once we find the ideal spot, we seize the opportunity and purchase the land, settling it for your future home.

The magic unfolds as our skilled team designs your home in line with our standard designs, and the Complying Development Certificate (CDC) process kicks off.

With the CDC in hand, we join forces with our trusted builder to demolish and clear the site, making way for your dream home.

Here comes the exciting part! The pre-fabrication and manufacturing of your home take flight. Thanks to our efficient automated method, your home is built with precision and accuracy, making the final construction stage a breeze. Plus, it allows us to transport the bulk of your home by road to just about anywhere – it’s all about convenience!

As the slab is poured, and the site is prepped, it’s time to install the prefabricated panels, inching closer to your dream home.

Once the home is water-tight, our skilled construction team goes to work on the internal fitout, ensuring every detail is taken care of.

Our tech-savvy IT Teams work their magic, installing integrated technology systems like high-speed internet, solar panels, battery backup power, home automation, video intercoms, and secure building access – everything you need to stay connected and empowered.

The communal spaces and property are thoughtfully landscaped, creating a tranquil and inviting environment for you and your neighbours.

Drumroll, please! The Occupation Certificate is received, signifying that your home is ready and waiting for you.

After enrolling the property as an SDA home with the NDIA, the moment you’ve been dreaming of arrives – you can finally move in and start living your best life!

From the purchase of land to the day you move in should be 9-12 months.
